Local shipping (Hong Kong) 

Store pick up

You order could be pick up in our store by putting the shipping address of Senly warehouse, Rm 2111, 21/F, Laurels Industrial Centre, 32 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Please be noted that if your orders are keep in store for more than 7 days, we will starting receiving HK$10 per day as storage cost.

Free Shipping on orders of net HKD500!

Once you hit the threshold of net $500 with qualified products, your order is eligible for free shipping.

We offer delivery for Hong Kong customer.

HK commercial and industrial address or SF service points only
SF Stations, SF Service Centres, EF Lockers, 7-eleven or Circle K,

Residential & Remote addresses surcharge are not included

  • Residential Address:SF Express Residential Surcharge (HK20) should be paid by customer on delivery arrival
  • Remote Area: Customer require to bear the cost for remote residential shipping rate on delivery arrival

Hong Kong orders will be shipped using GOGO delivery, S.F. Express  or Hong Kong Post Office delivery service, for enquiry please email us at cs@senly.com

You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Acceptance of Your Order

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the quality of your product please use the Contact Us page to email us with the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.

Any returns due to quality issues must be contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Unfortunately we do not accept product returns if you have changed your mind or don’t like the scent.

We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.
